Pistachio Rosewater Cookie
These cashew butter cookies made with delicate pistachio flour were my first creation that celebrated my Persian and Mexican heritage. And while they have evolved quite a bit, they are still my heart felt calling card to my ancestors. The rose water is sourced from a sweet friend at the farmer’s market who imports it from Iran. That coupled with the rose adaptogen powder from Anima Mundi, this little cookie is intended to increase connection between the self and others through gentle heart opening.
