At Collective Confections, I am passionate about creating delicious gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods. While I use only gluten-free/ dairy free ingredients in my recipes, my micro-bakery is located in a home kitchen that may also contain gluten, dairy and nuts. I take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, including using separate utensils, cutting boards, and equipment for gluten-free, dairy free, nut free baking. However, I cannot guarantee a fully gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free environment . If you have a severe gluten, dairy or nut allergy or please consider this information before placing your order.

LOCAL PICK UP:Pick-ups will be arranged upon ordering. Please select “pick up” or “local delivery” at checkout.
LOCAL DELIVERY: I deliver locally (Los Angeles County) and am happy to discuss delivery options outside of LA County. Please be advised that there is a $10 delivery fee added to orders more then 3 miles from my kitchen location in West Hollywood.
OUT-OF-STATE SHIPPING: I am now offering out-of-state shipping for biscotti only. Please select delivery at checkout and your flat rate cost will be automatically added.

I am a one woman show, and kindly ask that you allow 48 hours for cookie/ cupcake delivery after you place your order. Custom orders and cakes require a minimum of 5 day notice and require a 50% deposit.

All baked goods are made to order.
Cookies can be stored in a in an air tight container, in a cool/dry place (preferably out of direct sunlight) for 3-5 days. Alternatively, they can be refrigerated for up to 7-10 days, or frozen for up to 2 months. Just ensure cookies are able to come to room temp (30min out of fridge and 1 hour out of freezer) before serving.
Biscotti must be stored in a cool, dry place, in an air tight container and can be enjoyed for up to 3 months. Do not refrigerate. If they seem a little soft, you can place on a parchment lined baking sheet and pop in the a 300 degree oven for 5 min. This will dry out any unwanted/accumulated moisture.
Brownies/Blondies should be covered tightly and stored in a cool, dry place, in an air tight container for 2-3 days. Additionally they can be refrigerated for 5-7 days. You can absolutely freeze these for up to 3 months. Just ensure they come to room temp before serving ( 1-2 hours)
Cupcakes should be stored in a cool, dry place, in an air tight container and can be enjoyed unrefrigerated for up to 3 days or 5 days if stored in the refrigerator.
Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place, wrapped tightly and placed in an air tight container and can be enjoyed for up to 3 days on the counter, 5 days in the fridge, or 1 month in the freezer.
