Matcha Lavender Biscotti is a serene fusion of ceremony and softness. Ingredients:
Brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, coconut yogurt, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, Mizuba Matcha Powder, coconut sugar, lavender extract, dried lavender, pink Himalayan salt.
Storage:
Biscotti must be stored in a cool, dry place, in an air tight container and can be enjoyed for up to 3 months. Do not refrigerate. If they seem a little soft, you can place on a parchment lined baking sheet and pop in the a 300 degree oven for 5 min. This will dry out any unwanted/accumulated moisture.
